Job Title: Assistant Community Manager
Location: Oak Haven Apartments, Oakdale, CA 95361
Type: Full-time, Must Live On-site, Real Estate License Required

Oak Haven Apartments, a senior housing community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As a member of our community, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident satisfaction and property maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
  
• Conduct physical inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing, resident files, and property maintenance.

Job Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and HUD procedures, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties preferred. Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two (2) years of experience as an assistant property manager.
• At least one (1) year of experience in real estate, property management, or related field.
• Professional certification in property or affordable housing management preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software a plus. Licenses/Certification:
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Real Estate license required.
• Must live on-site at Oak Haven Apartments, Oakdale, CA 95361.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
