General Description

The Community Assistant Manager is involved in assisting the Community Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the properties including conducting physical inspections of residential properties.

Job Qualification Requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and HUD procedures, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required AND

 At least two (2) years of experience as an assistant property management AND

At least one (1) year of experience in real estate, property management, or related field AND

Professional certification in property or affordable housing management preferred OR

Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software a plus

Licenses/Certification:

Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required

 Real Estate license Required

Must live on site, Oakdale, CA 95361
