Grand View Village, located at Miner & San Joaquin Streets in downtown Stockton, will provide 75 affordable housing units for households earning between 30% and 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Located at 807 N. San Joaquin Street in Downtown Stockton, Liberty Square was a vacant commercial building that is being transformed into 74 affordable rental housing units. This community will feature a combination of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units for low-income families with a focus on Veterans.
