Visionary Property Management Group is the property management division of Visionary Home Builders of California, Inc. — a nonprofit community development organization committed to building homes and strengthening communities throughout California’s Central Valley.

Since 2015, our team has provided professional property management services for affordable and multifamily housing communities, specializing in operational management, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and resident engagement for publicly financed housing developments.

We offer third-party property management services to developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and public agencies seeking a knowledgeable, mission-aligned management partner.
