Hourly – $20.00 – $25.00
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential communities. This position works closely with the Property Manager to maintain preventative maintenance schedules, meet unit turnover goals, respond to service requests and emergencies, and ensure all work meets company standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in property or building maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems and trades, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to residents. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to obtain an OSHA 30-hour certificate within 90 days of hire.
