We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance, compliance, and operational excellence of multiple residential communities.This leadership role is responsible for ensuring rent collection benchmarks, occupancy goals, preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and financial performance across assigned properties. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in affordable housing, experience managing budgets, and a collaborative approach to resident services and community engagement. A minimum of three years’ experience in housing or property management is required, with supervisory experience in multi-family housing strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, have strong working knowledge of fair housing laws, and be proficient in property management software (Yardi preferred). A real estate license is required within 9 months of hire.
