Located on East Miner Avenue, La Passeggiata is a five-story, family-focused community designed to meet the growing need for quality affordable housing. This project is part of Governor Gavin Newsom’s statewide vision to transform excess state-owned land into vibrant housing for California families.
Thanks to the incredible support of our community and financial partners—including RBC Community Investments, JP Morgan Chase, the City of Stockton, the County of San Joaquin, the State of California Housing and Community Development Departments and the State of California Department of General Services, which included numerous state housing programs—this community is officially breaking ground.
